Francine Tracey

Corporate Experience 

 

Francine brings years of experience to her customers having worked in the real estate financing space since 1986.  She boasts a seven year career in Corporate Real Estate Financing at a major Canadian financial institution, coupled with 16 years as an independent mortgage broker.  Since 1998, Francine has managed up to $85,000,000 per annum in mortgage volume, overseeing 5 licensed brokers in her company Mortgage Architects Metro-West.

Francine brings a particular work ethic to her client relationships, executing the best in customer service, having thrived in one of Canada’s most competitive industries.  Her connections to both primary and secondary mortgage markets helps her assist her clients obtain critical financing arrangements, and is particularly gifted at presenting wealth management strategies through optimal deal structure.

Recent projects have included arranging joint venture financing between land owner and builder, and financing a project developer through limited partnerships.
